AGENDA REQUEST FORM

Members of the public may request that an item be considered for inclusion on a future Fairview Water District Board meeting agenda. Requests must be submitted in writing using the District's Agenda Request Form (linked below). Agenda placement is determined by the Board President in consultation with District Management. Submission of a request does not guarantee placement on an agenda or Board action at a specific meeting. Members of the public are welcome to provide input during the public comment portion of any Fairview Water District Board meeting.

ALL BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS SEATS ARE CURRENTLY FILLED

 The District is committed to transparency and compliance with Oregon Public Records Law (ORS Chapter 192). To ensure requests are handled  consistently, efficiently, and in accordance with the law, all public records requests must be submitted using the District's Public Records Request form. Requests are reviewed to determine whether the records are disclosable, partially  exempt, or exempt under state law. The District will acknowledge requests within the timeframes required by law and will provide an estimated timeline and any applicable fees before fulfilling trhe request. Records are provided in the manner required by law and may be subject to redaction to protect confidential or exempt information.
