Fairview Water District is an Oregon special district that is governed by a 5-member elected Board of Commissioners. Our Commissioners welcome your questions, ideas, and general feedback; please click a name below to contact one or more members of our Board.

If you have a formal grievance about a public meeting, please submit it in writing to Board President John Casteel or General Manager Michael Ostensen. The Fairview Water District Board of Commissioners hold their regular monthly board meetings on the last Thursday of each month at 5:00 PM at the District Office at 403 Marolf Loop Road in Tillamook, Oregon.
Any changes to date, time, and/or location will be noted on the meeting agenda posted below.
Updated agendas will be posted one week prior to the scheduled meeting date.
Meetings that conflict with national holidays will be held on the Thursday prior.

All members of the public are invited and highly encouraged to attend.
Members of the public may request that an item be considered for inclusion on a future Fairview Water District Board meeting agenda. Requests must be submitted in writing using the District's Agenda Request Form (linked below).
Agenda placement is determined by the Board President in consultation with District Management. Submission of a request does not guarantee placement on an agenda or Board action at a specific meeting.
Members of the public are welcome to provide input during the public comment portion of any Fairview Water District Board meeting.
Should you require special accommodations in order to attend a Board meeting, please let our staff know at least 48 hours in advance so that we can assist you.

The District is committed to transparency and compliance with Oregon Public Records Law (ORS Chapter 192). To ensure requests are handled consistently, efficiently, and in accordance with the law, all public records requests must be submitted using the District's Public Records Request form. Requests are reviewed to determine whether the records are disclosable, partially exempt, or exempt under state law. The District will acknowledge requests within the timeframes required by law and will provide an estimated timeline and any applicable fees before fulfilling trhe request. Records are provided in the manner required by law and may be subject to redaction to protect confidential or exempt information.
