If you have a formal grievance about a public meeting, please submit it in writing to the Board President or General Manager Michael Ostensen. Formal complaints are reviewed in accordance with Oregon Government Ethics Commission guidance, which you can learn more about at www.oregon.gov/OGEC.
Regular meetings are held on the last Thursday of each month at 5:00 PM at 403 Marolf Loop Road in Tillamook, Oregon. Any changes to this regular schedule will be indicated on on the official meeting agenda. Agendas are posted one week in advance of any Board meeting. Meetings that conflict with national holidays will be held on an alternate date. All members of the public are invited and highly encouraged to attend.

Members of the public may request that an item be considered for inclusion on a future Fairview Water District Board meeting agenda. Requests must be submitted in writing using the District's Agenda Request Form (linked below). Forms may be submitted to District staff at office@fairviewwater.com or at the District office at 403 Marolf Loop Rd. in Tillamook.
Agenda placement is determined by the Board President in consultation with District Management. Submission of a request does not guarantee placement on an agenda or Board action at a specific meeting.
