WATER TESTING

Do you need to test your water?

Fairview Water District is proud to serve as a local drop-off site for Alexin Analytical Laboratories.


When to Drop Off:  You can bring your water samples to our office on the first and third Tuesday of each month. Alexin will pick them up by 10:00 AM the following morning for transportation to their Tigard laboratory.

Need Help or Supplies?  If you're in a pinch, we may be able to provide basic supplies or paperwork from our office at 403 Marolf Loop Road in Tillamook. Just give us a call or stop by; we're happy to help!


Routine Testing Supplies:   For larger or routine sampling and supplies, please call Alexin directly. In many cases, they can send testing supplies to our office so that you can conveniently pick them up here.

The US Environmental Protection Agency and the Oregon Drinking Water Association have mandated that certain water providers must compile an inventory of all water service lines within their district(s). This inventory includes both public and private lines.

Regulating agencies have mandated this inventory to better identify and move toward the removal of potentially dangerous water distribution lines from drinking water systems.

Fairview Water District is asking for your assistance in identifying thetype of water lines that you have on your side of the water meter. An explanatory form, as well as a survey sheet has been delivered to your service address. Click the links below to see these forms.

Yes. This information must be submitted to the state of Oregon and the EPA. You will have received an informational pamphlet from us as well as a survey form. Please complete the survey and drop it off at the district office by November 30, 2024.
