MIKE OSTENSEN, GENERAL MANAGER
Mike joined Fairview Water District in September of 2017 and is responsible for the maintenance and operations of the water system. This includes, but is not limited to, project management, resource allocation, budgeting, backflow management, Federal and State compliance, water testing, capital outlay, customer outreach, field work, and leak repairs. Mike is a US Navy veteran and holds an Oregon State Certification as a Level 2 Water Distribution Certification and Cross-Connection Specialist.
JEFF LaTURNER, UTILITY WORKER 1
Jeff started with Fairview Water District in March 2022 and assists Mike in the maintenance and operations of the water system. Currently studying for his Oregon State Certification as a Level 1 Water Distribution Specialist, you'll often see Jeff in the field working alongside and learning from Mike.
